Running three management systems separately means three manuals, three audit programmes and three management reviews covering largely the same ground. An integrated management system manual collapses that into one system with three scopes. 91 editable files, downloadable the moment you check out. On this page:

What is in the integrated management system manual pack
The pack is organised by document type rather than by standard, because that is the point of integrating:
- Procedures – the shared procedure set covering context and interested parties, leadership and policy, risk and opportunity, objectives, competence and awareness, communication, documented information control, operational control, emergency preparedness, monitoring and measurement, internal audit, management review, nonconformity and corrective action, and continual improvement
- Reports and forms – the records each procedure generates, written once and tagged to the standards they serve
- Other files – the integrated manual, the combined policy, the aspects and hazards registers, the legal and compliance obligations register, and 11 awareness presentations for rolling the system out
- Registers and workbooks – the combined risk register, objectives tracker, audit programme and the training matrix

Both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 changed edition in 2026
Integration became considerably easier and considerably more urgent in 2026. ISO 14001:2026 was published in April and ISO 9001:2026 in September, both adopting the Harmonized Structure – the common clause framework that makes shared clauses genuinely shared rather than approximately similar.
The urgency is that two of your three standards now have transition deadlines running in parallel, roughly three years from each publication date. An organisation with three separate systems has to transition two of them independently. An organisation with an integrated management system manual transitions the shared clauses once.
ISO 45001 has not yet changed – it remains the 2018 edition with the 2024 climate amendment, though a revision is at draft international standard stage. When it lands, an integrated system absorbs it with far less rework than three separate ones.
Who needs integrated management system manual
Organisations certified to two or three of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and maintaining them separately at obvious cost. Construction, manufacturing, facilities and engineering firms where clients require all three. Organisations adding a second or third standard who should integrate from the start rather than bolt on. And QHSE managers facing two transition deadlines at once who would rather do the work once.
How the integrated management system manual maps to the framework
Integration works at the management system level, not at the technical level. Context, leadership, planning, support, performance evaluation and improvement genuinely merge. What does not merge is the technical content: environmental aspects, OH&S hazards and quality process controls remain distinct and must stay separately identifiable, because each standard is audited on its own terms even when the audit is combined.
Frequently asked questions
Can we certify all three from one system?
Yes. Certification bodies routinely conduct combined audits against an integrated system, which usually reduces audit days compared with three separate audits.
Which editions does this reflect?
ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 with its 2024 climate amendment – the current editions of all three as at September 2026.
Do the environmental and safety registers merge?
No, and they should not. Aspects and hazards are assessed differently and auditors examine them separately. The management system around them is what integrates.
We only hold two of the three. Is this still useful?
Yes. The shared procedures apply to any combination, and the third standard can be added later without restructuring.
How many documents are included?
91 editable files – 73 Word documents, 7 Excel workbooks and 11 awareness presentations.

Delivery, format and licence
Your integrated management system manual downloads immediately after checkout as native Microsoft Word and Excel files. Nothing is watermarked or locked, so you can rebrand the documents, bring them under your own document control and revise them for as long as you need them.
One-time purchase. No subscription and no annual renewal. Because the source files behind the integrated management system manual are yours, revising a procedure after an audit finding or a change of scope is an internal edit rather than another purchase.
